14 days from delivery to withdraw, as EU law provides. Products must be unworn; where a product carries a hygiene seal, it must be intact - once the seal is off, the sale is final.

Unworn, tag intact, original packaging; hygiene seal - where present - unbroken. You may examine a product as you would in a physical store, but signs of wear reduce the refund - in extreme cases to zero.

E-mail [email protected] with your order number and the products you are returning. We will confirm the return and give you the current return address. Ship with any carrier at your cost - InPost is usually the cheapest; we do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.

We refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return parcel. Return shipping is not refunded.

We do not do exchanges - it is faster to return and reorder a new size. We can hold your place on the list if a size is sold out - write to [email protected].

Product defect? Email your order number and a photo to [email protected]. We reply within 24 h and decide within 5 business days. Defective products are replaced at CÉLVE's expense.
